Sample Availability & Policy
We provide sample upon customer's requests. After customers signed the PI of sample and settled payment, we will arrange delivery. Our samples are charged, but we will return sample fee after you place bulk order.

With rich export experience, our international marketing department can always offer prompt services, from pre-production to final packing.

Quality & Warranties
We have received ISO9001: 2000 certificate and established our quality control system, quality assurance system. We guarantee quality of our products. And we provide a 2-year warranty for our LED lights.

After Sales Service
We promise all requests from our clients will be responded within 8 hours. We provide prompt delivery for our goods and seriously deal with complaints from our customers. If there is any quality problem within the period of warranty, you send it back for maintaining. And we pay the sea freight cost.
